RE: New ATP Multi-Vehicle CVT Fluid Part No. AT-215

ATP Part No. AT-215 is a new Multi-Vehicle Fully-Formulated Synthetic CVT (Continuously Variable Transmission) Fluid that can be utilized as a complete drain and fill or “top offs” in any CVT applications and are available in 1 quart containers.

Our unique blend can be installed in applications that call for either a belt or chain driven CVT unit. While other brands offer two different CVT fluids (belt or chain) ATP Part No. AT-215 can be used in either of these CVT applications.

According to a General Motors bulletin, Saturn VT25 CVT units now require an additional additive (part no. 15231847) at an installer price of $15.57 per 10ml syringe to be used with Dex-CVT fluid (part no. 15234609) at an installer price of $15.03 a quart.

AT-215 at an installer price of $9-12.00 per quart, when utilized does not require any type of additive or any CVT conditioners and/or protectants that are required by other manufacturing brands.

AT-215 CVT fluid is optimized for excellent metal-metal performance, provides advanced wear protection, anti-shudder performance and oxidation stability. Additionally, it protects against sludge and varnish build up, and excellent low temperature fluidity for proper operation in cold weather conditions.

Always consult the vehicle owners manual for OEM recommended service intervals and fluid capacities (when used in Honda applications, 20,000 mile intervals are recommended).
